Pettirosso raccoglie in un'unica applicazione web il lavoro di un poliambulatorio:
- agende delle risorse e prenotazioni;
- accettazione allo sportello e sala d'attesa;
- anagrafica dei pazienti, consensi e documenti;
- preventivi, convenzioni e listini;
- fatturazione elettronica e compensi dei medici;
- promemoria e richiami ai pazienti.
Promemoria su WhatsApp
Ogni struttura collega a Pettirosso il proprio numero WhatsApp Business, dalle impostazioni, con la procedura di Meta. Da quel numero Pettirosso manda, a nome della struttura, i promemoria e le conferme degli appuntamenti ai suoi pazienti, con modelli di messaggio approvati da Meta. I messaggi non contengono dati clinici: un promemoria indica data, ora e sede, mai la prestazione.
La struttura scollega il numero quando vuole, da Impostazioni → Integrazioni → WhatsApp.

Pettirosso brings the work of an outpatient clinic together in one web application:
- resource schedules and bookings;
- front-desk check-in and waiting room;
- patient records, consents and documents;
- quotes, insurance agreements and price lists;
- electronic invoicing and doctor fees;
- patient reminders and recalls.
Reminders on WhatsApp
Each clinic connects its own WhatsApp Business number to Pettirosso from the settings, through Meta's sign-up flow. From that number Pettirosso sends, on behalf of the clinic, appointment reminders and confirmations to the clinic's own patients, using message templates approved by Meta. Messages contain no clinical data: a reminder states date, time and location, never the service.
The clinic can disconnect the number at any time, from Settings → Integrations → WhatsApp.
